The Events, Protocol, and Exhibition Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of high-visibility events, distinguished visitor engagements, and conference/symposium participation for a high-visibility Navy customer. Operating within the Office of Corporate Communication, this role ensures that all engagements-whether internal ceremonies, leadership events, or large-scale external exhibitions, are executed with precision, professionalism, and adherence to Navy protocol. Events and exhibitions are not simply logistical functions; they are strategic communication platforms that reflect the Navy's core values of honor, courage, and commitment. They provide opportunities to educate, build trust, foster partnerships, and reinforce the Command's identity with audiences ranging from internal personnel to senior leadership, industry partners, government officials, and the public. This role requires a balance of operational excellence, protocol expertise, creative vision, and stakeholder coordination to deliver seamless, impactful experiences that align with Command priorities and enhance organizational reputation.
