Senior Operations Training Manager - Miami

JETSET Pilates•Miami, FL
•$90,000 - $100,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior Operations Training Manager delivers consistent, high-quality Operations training for JETSET’s franchise network and supports the development, improvement, and maintenance of the programs and resources behind those experiences. The role owns delivery of core Operations programs hosted through Regional Training & Support Centers (RTSCs), including Operational Readiness Training (ORT) and Franchise Business Orientation 2 (FBO 2), and leads or supports additional franchisee-facing workshops as needed. It also partners with the Director of Operations Programs & Development to build and refine training programs, maintain resources, and support new learning initiatives as business needs evolve. The position evaluates training effectiveness by gathering participant feedback and performance information, identifying trends and knowledge gaps, and presenting findings and recommendations to the Director of Operations Programs & Development. It also supports onboarding, continued education, and professional development for regional pod teams. The role owns the training experience—not RTSC event administration, facility logistics, or registration—and does not independently set Operations program strategy or the overall development roadmap. This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site presence at an assigned JETSET office or RTSC, typically three to four days per week when not traveling. Travel is currently up to 40% between RTSC locations and other JETSET markets, and is expected to settle closer to 20% after the initial 6–8 months. On-site expectations, travel frequency, and assigned locations may evolve with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience facilitating engaging workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and refining training programs, materials, and learning resources.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, presentation tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including experience collaborating across departments and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, identify opportunities proactively, and recommend solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between RTSC locations and other JETSET markets as needed.
  • Ability to meet the hybrid on-site expectations, typically three to four days per week when not traveling, and accommodate evolving travel and location needs.
