JETSET Pilates•Dallas, TX

About The Position

The Senior Operations Training Manager delivers consistent, high-quality Operations training for JETSET Pilates franchisees through Regional Training & Support Centers (RTSCs), including Operational Readiness Training (ORT), Franchise Business Orientation 2 (FBO 2), and additional workshops and development experiences. The role owns training readiness and delivery, including training content, facilitator preparation, participant communications, pre-work, completion tracking, feedback, and follow-up. RTSC event administration and facility logistics are owned by the Office Operations Manager. The manager partners with the Director of Operations Programs & Development, DFOs, functional subject-matter experts, and other leaders to develop, refine, and maintain franchisee-facing programs, resources, and scalable training standards. The role evaluates program effectiveness using participant feedback, engagement, knowledge gaps, and other performance indicators; identifies trends; and regularly presents findings, recommendations, and proposed next steps to the Director. It also supports onboarding, ongoing education, workshops, and professional development for regional pod teams. This is a collaborative, hands-on role combining facilitation, program development, measurement, and continuous improvement. It is hybrid, with regular on-site presence at an assigned JETSET office or RTSC, typically three to four days per week when not traveling. Travel between RTSC locations and other JETSET markets is currently up to 40%, and is expected to settle closer to 20% after the initial six to eight months; these requirements may evolve with business needs.
