About The Position

The Senior Operations Training Manager owns the delivery and continuous improvement of Operations training for the JETSET franchise network, including Operational Readiness Training (ORT), Franchise Business Orientation 2 (FBO 2), and other franchisee-facing programs and workshops hosted through Regional Training & Support Centers (RTSCs). The role oversees training readiness, content, facilitator preparation, participant communications and pre-work, completion tracking, feedback, and follow-up. It partners with DFOs, subject matter experts, functional leaders, and the RTSC Office Operations Manager to deliver effective training experiences; RTSC registration, facilities, and event logistics remain the Office Operations Manager’s responsibility. The position also supports the development, refinement, and maintenance of training programs, materials, and scalable frameworks. It evaluates assigned programs using participant feedback, engagement, knowledge gaps, and other performance indicators; reports trends and recommendations to the Director of Operations Programs & Development; and helps implement and evaluate improvements. The role additionally supports onboarding, continuing education, and professional development for regional pod teams. This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site presence at an assigned JETSET office or RTSC, typically three to four days per week when not traveling. Travel is currently up to 40% between RTSC locations and other JETSET markets, and is expected to settle closer to 20% after the initial 6–8 months. On-site expectations, travel, and assigned locations may evolve with business needs.
