About The Position

The Senior Operations Project Manager serves as a change agent responsible for strategic facility planning, make-versus-buy evaluations, business improvements, and new product introduction projects. The role supports and executes planning for multiple facility projects and oversees the personnel and resources required to complete them. The position owns integration execution across people, processes, systems, and governance. It translates strategic intent into executable plans, coordinates dependencies across workstreams, identifies risks, and ensures outcomes are delivered sustainably and transitioned to business owners. Working in a highly matrixed environment, the role partners with leaders across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other Corporate Functions to coordinate enterprise initiatives. The position also ensures operational readiness by confirming that impacted teams have the tools, processes, and clarity needed for go-live, and that changes are incorporated into standard work and accountability mechanisms. The job is based in an office environment and may involve occasional travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 7 years of progressive experience in Operations, Integration, Program or Portfolio Management, or related disciplines within complex, cross-functional environments.
Ability to lead through influence and align diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
Expertise in execution governance, cross-functional coordination, and managing work across multiple teams.
Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations and decision support.
Structured problem-solving, risk management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with enterprise planning, portfolio, or execution management tools.

Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives, large cross-functional efforts, or major business changes from planning through execution.
Experience influencing senior leaders and driving execution across matrixed organizations.
Manufacturing and supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

Execute complex, cross-functional initiatives and coordinate teams across operations, systems, processes, and governance.
Develop and manage integration plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
Own accountability for integration results and ensure initiatives transition to business owners and are sustained in steady-state operations.
Lead and coordinate matrixed teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions.
Establish and manage governance, meeting cadence, and decision forums to address issues, assess tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions.
Identify and resolve cross-functional misalignment, dependency conflicts, and execution risks with appropriate stakeholders.
Confirm that impacted teams have the tools, processes, and clarity needed to support initiatives at go-live.
Work with functional leaders to incorporate changes into standard work, business reviews, and accountability mechanisms.
Ensure integration plans account for operational constraints and can be executed without disrupting core operations.
Support and execute strategic planning for multiple facility projects and coordinate the personnel and resources needed to complete them.
