About The Position
The Senior Operations Manager plans and manages production schedules and provides day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to team members. The role supervises and develops large teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. It is responsible for safety and compliance, monitoring key performance indicators, improving productivity, coordinating across functions, and developing strategies for operational optimization. The manager leads Lean/Six Sigma projects, oversees large-scale budgets, reports to senior leadership, drives innovation and automation, and develops talent through coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning. The position fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in complex production.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, ERP/MES, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and people skills.
