The Senior National Account Manager, Manufacturing and Environmental Services, is responsible for managing the growth, retention, client satisfaction and strategic relationships of all assigned accounts and prospects, by successfully implementing and executing fully developed strategic account plans. This role involves developing strategic growth and retention plans, achieving consistent results through superior performance, and assisting in the implementation of all assigned accounts while owning the client relationship. The position requires managing contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and retention for assigned National Accounts. Additionally, the Senior National Account Manager must develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s available services, lines of business, and pricing structures, offering additional services as appropriate. A key aspect of the role is maintaining an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends, responding accordingly, and acting as the customer’s advocate by communicating customer needs across all organizational channels. The role also involves translating data into conclusions, developing and executing action plans for effective positive results, tracking forecasted growth and penetration of assigned National Accounts, and developing partnerships and collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries to generate results. Other job-related duties as assigned or apparent will also be performed.
