About The Position

Vamos Health provides primary care and navigational services in both Spanish and English on a membership model, meaning no insurance is required. Patients pay a predictable monthly fee for a high level of attention. The bilingual team offers primary care for all ages in-person, by phone, and via text message. Some locations also accept Medicaid. This role is part of the growing field sales team.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish
Confident, community-oriented presence with strong communication skills
Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
Access to a personal vehicle for daily work (mileage reimbursed, not daily commute)
U.S. work authorization (W-2 role)
Demonstrated field sales experience
Ability to perform at standard from day one
Ability to lift 20 pounds
Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, stretch, or stoop
Frequently able to use all types of vision, including close or computer vision

Nice To Haves

Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in healthcare membership, insurance, or direct-enrollment sales
Familiarity with CRM or enrollment platforms (Hint, Cerebro, or similar)
Prior experience informally coaching or supporting newer sales team members

Responsibilities

Drive community enrollment through field outreach, events, and partner location activations
Consistently achieve and exceed individual CME targets each pay period
Serve as an informal mentor and resource for junior reps during joint field days
Maintain accurate enrollment records in Hint/Cerebro systems
Participate in team meetings and provide ground-level insights to leadership
Build lasting relationships with community members to support retention
Represent Vamos Health's mission and values in every interaction
