About The Position

Vamos Health is seeking a high-performing, experienced field sales professional to join their team as a Senior Membership Coordinator. In this role, the individual will drive community enrollment, serve as an informal mentor to junior team members, and consistently exceed individual targets. The Senior Coordinator is expected to hit the ground running with no ramp-up period and play a meaningful role in building Vamos Health's membership base across Utah. Vamos Health operates on a membership model, providing primary care and navigational services in Spanish and English without requiring insurance. Patients pay a predictable monthly fee for a high level of attention, with services available in-person, by phone, and via text message. Some locations also accept Medicaid.

Requirements

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Confident, community-oriented presence with strong communication skills
Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
Access to a personal vehicle for daily work (mileage reimbursed, commute not included)
U.S. work authorization (W-2 role)
Demonstrated field sales experience and the ability to perform at standard from day one

Nice To Haves

Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in healthcare membership, insurance, or direct-enrollment sales
Familiarity with CRM or enrollment platforms (Hint, Cerebro, or similar)
Prior experience informally coaching or supporting newer sales team members

Responsibilities

Drive community enrollment through door-to-door outreach, events, and partner location activations
Consistently achieve and exceed individual CME targets each pay period
Serve as an informal mentor and resource for junior reps during joint field days
Maintain accurate enrollment records in Hint / Cerebro systems
Participate in team meetings and provide ground-level insights to leadership
Build lasting relationships with community members to support retention
Represent Vamos Health's mission and values in every interaction
