Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B media buying
  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning or similar
  • Hands-on experience planning and buying content syndication and direct publisher programs
  • Client-facing experience
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Technically adept with a pulse on trends and innovations within the digital space
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, ability to find opportunities and insights from large amounts of unstructured data
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work with multiple clients and departments to accomplish goals
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and concepts
  • Superb time and project management skills
  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal
  • Adept at critical thinking to strengthen media initiatives for quality vs. entering a routine process for quantity

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience is preferred but not required
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience is preferred
  • Prior experience working with various content syndication and publishers focused on the B2B market in IT, Security, Fintech, Marketing, Healthcare, and other tech vertical publishers
  • Prior experience planning and buying multifaceted programs (such as those that include an event sponsorship plus display banners plus promoted social posts) with publishers such as Forbes, eMarketer, NY Times, IDG, WSJ, SC Media, Financial Times, DarkReading, and similar publications is strongly preferred
  • Experience with B2B technology partners is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Integrate and/or Convertr is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Planning and buying content syndication and direct publisher programs.
  • Planning and buying multifaceted programs (such as those that include an event sponsorship plus display banners plus promoted social posts) with publishers such as Forbes, eMarketer, NY Times, IDG, WSJ, SC Media, Financial Times, DarkReading, and similar publications.
  • Working with various content syndication and publishers focused on the B2B market in IT, Security, Fintech, Marketing, Healthcare, and other tech vertical publishers.
  • Client-facing activities and digital marketing execution.
  • Utilizing Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Leveraging B2B technology partners.
  • Using Integrate and/or Convertr platforms.
  • Analyzing data to find opportunities and insights.
  • Collaborating with multiple clients and departments.
  • Applying advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and concepts.
  • Managing time and projects effectively.
  • Communicating effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Applying critical thinking to strengthen media initiatives.
