About The Position

Essity is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager who will be Responsible for excellence around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment as well as b e responsible for end-to-end logistics for trade show material, collateral and sample distribution and o wn alignment with local sales function for tradeshows/collateral/sampling and improve sales & marketing productivity. Requirements

• 5+ years of event planning, project management, people management
• Bachelors Degree required
• Project Management – Asana , any software
• Strong Collaboration skillset
• Process Driven
• Excellent Communication

Responsibilities

• Manage a marketing operations team of 6 to achieve goals and deliverables as outlined in the marketing strategy
• Senior lead and budget owner of the annual national sales meeting
• Manage team and become SME in Asana software to quantify US marketing projects and deliverables
• Manage team and execute excellence processes around trade shows & events, collateral management and sample fulfilment
• Manage team and excellence processes around education workshops in coordination with brand marketing and sales
• Contribute to local market planning, A&P investment levels and KPI settings
• Analyze performance and recommendations of trade shows based on ROI
• Create and secure execution of efficient Marketing Operations Management of operational budgets within alignment with Brand Management A&P
• Facilitate close and effective collaboration on Marketing Operations topics between sales teams, CRM/CE teams and local Marketing organization
• Manage and secure personal development of team members
