About The Position

Savvy Wealth is a registered investment advisor (RIA) that partners with experienced financial advisors, offering them a modern, AI-native platform to manage their business. The company provides a comprehensive 'business-in-a-box' solution, including a proprietary tech platform, client portal, in-house marketing team, investment management, and client services. Savvy Wealth emphasizes AI integration in both its product (Savvy Intelligence) and internal operations, encouraging employees to experiment with AI tools. The company is a Series B startup with significant growth, backed by prominent investors, and has received recognition for its culture and growth, including being Certified Great Place to Work. The Client Marketing team at Savvy Wealth is a core offering, providing dedicated support, tailored campaigns, and paid media programs to advisors. As the advisor base grows, the need to scale the marketing team's output is critical. This role of Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for leading the Client Marketing team and re-engineering its operational model. The focus is on transforming a high-touch, bespoke service into repeatable, AI-leveraged systems to support more advisors and drive their growth, while maintaining quality. This is a builder role focused on agentifying marketing processes and developing internal tooling.

  • Genuinely AI-native: demonstrated experience building AI and automation workflows that changed team operations, with a habit of experimenting with new tooling.
  • Strong systems and operations instinct: ability to transform manual, repeated processes into workflows, templates, or agents, with a focus on leverage and unit economics.
  • Comfortable getting technical: ability to understand AI tool capabilities and limitations, collaborate with Product and Engineering on internal tooling, and evaluate performance using data.
  • Strong operator and people leader: ability to build and enforce systems, conduct tight reviews, resolve issues promptly, and develop direct reports.
  • Comfortable representing marketing in sales conversations with prospective advisors, providing specific, credible information and outlining potential builds for them.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Client Marketing team, including managers, associates, and a growth marketing function, emphasizing AI leverage in team operations and career progression.
  • Own the operating model by mapping the campaign surface area (branding, DBA launches, lead generation, webinars, events, content, advisor onboarding) and rebuilding it into playbooks, templates, and automated/agentic workflows for faster, more consistent, and scalable execution.
  • Drive AUM-per-marketer efficiency by defining and owning metrics for marketing leverage per dollar of cost, achieved through tooling and automation rather than solely headcount increases.
  • Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, test them against advisor workflows, and integrate effective tools into the team's daily operations.
