About The Position

Horizon3 is seeking a senior marketing analytics professional to own marketing performance measurement. The role builds reporting, attribution, and planning models that clarify which programs create pipeline and turns findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. It is hands-on and sits within Marketing Operations, working across demand generation, field, digital, campaigns, ABM, SDR, RevOps, and Finance. The role builds reports and dashboards, conducts analysis, and presents findings directly. The position owns marketing attribution and performance reporting across funnel, pipeline, and revenue impact; aligns funnel metric definitions with the Sr. Manager, Strategy, Programs & Analytics; and develops cost-per-opportunity, cost-per-lead, and ROI reporting by channel, program, and segment. It builds dashboards for business reviews, executive- and board-ready performance narratives, self-service reporting, and planning models that connect spend to expected pipeline. The role also analyzes funnel conversion, velocity, cohorts, and campaign tests; supports target setting and forecasting; and investigates leadership questions. The role partners with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager on data capture, campaign tracking conventions, and UTM standards, audits marketing data, drives source-level corrections, and uses AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting. It serves as an analytics partner to teams across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance and mentors Marketing Operations Analysts. There are no direct reports. Minimal travel for internal offsites may be required, subject to manager approval of job-related travel expenses.
