Senior Marketing Events Manager

IntappCharlotte, NC

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the execution of Intapp's most high-impact events. This role is the creative and operational force behind Amplify — Intapp's flagship conference — and a key driver of how we show up across the broader events portfolio. You bring a strong content lens, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder productions from concept to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of producing large-scale flagship or conference-style events end-to-end
  • Strong content and programming instincts — experience developing agendas, curating speakers, and shaping attendee journeys
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience managing sponsor relationships and delivering sponsor fulfillment programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in event management platforms and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at events as needed

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production for Amplify — including venue, programming, speakers, sponsors, and attendee experience
  • Develop and drive the content agenda in partnership with marketing and product leadership, ensuring programming reflects Intapp's thought leadership and strategic priorities
  • Lead sponsor relations and fulfillment, delivering a premium experience that reinforces key partnerships
  • Oversee all logistics, run of show, and on-site execution to deliver a seamless, world-class attendee experience
  • Act as the event producer and primary conduit between content and execution — translating programming vision into precise operational plans and ensuring every creative decision is backed by a flawless logistics strategy
  • Plan and execute a portfolio of owned and industry events, managing all aspects from strategy and logistics to stakeholder coordination and post-event reporting
  • Develop detailed event briefs, project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment across every touchpoint
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership to align event programming with business objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously elevate the quality of future events
  • Use data and post-event analysis to evaluate ROI, attendee engagement, and overall event effectiveness
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports and implement improvements based on findings
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure event outcomes are accurately tracked and attributed in the CRM
