About The Position

The Marketing & Events Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing integrated marketing and event strategies that directly support the company’s growth, strengthen the brand, and generate measurable value for sales teams across all markets. This key role acts as a strategic lever, bridging business vision with concrete marketing execution, with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing and/or events, including management experience.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, lead strategies, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, including performance and ROI analysis.
  • Inspirational, results‑driven leadership style with a strong collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding, and growing environment.
  • English proficiency required

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an integrated marketing and events strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, brand positioning, and market share goals.
  • Actively contribute to annual strategic planning (markets, priorities, investments, objectives).
  • Identify new growth opportunities (markets, event formats, strategic partnerships).
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure a coherent and high‑performing go‑to‑market approach.
  • Define the overall events strategy (trade shows, conferences, client experiences, corporate events).
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events with high standards for quality, impact, and brand consistency.
  • Establish performance indicators (KPIs) and event ROI analyses.
  • Ensure each event contributes to brand awareness, opportunity generation, and customer experience.
  • Develop and manage marketing and events budgets with discipline and rigor.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation based on impact and return on investment.
  • Produce analyses, post‑project reviews, and data‑driven strategic recommendations.
  • Structure and continuously improve marketing and events processes (SOPs, tools, workflows).
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as the guardian of brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead, engage, and develop a high‑performing marketing and events team.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Evaluate performance, support skills development, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
