About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Marketing Effectiveness team. In this client-facing role, the analyst bridges data and strategy by translating complex analysis into compelling stories that support clients’ business goals. The role involves analyzing marketing data, presenting findings to clients as a trusted advisor, and working with internal technical teams to ensure business goals are met. The position offers an opportunity to develop client-facing and presentation skills in a dynamic agency setting.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in a data analyst role; flexibility is available on the exact number of years.
Experience working in a marketing agency.
Proven experience with marketing data and analytics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A curious, proactive, and go-getter mindset.
Experience with Google Analytics is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Tableau.
Experience with SQL, especially in a Snowflake environment.
Experience with Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

Present data-driven insights and recommendations directly to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure business goals are met.
Develop and deliver presentations and dashboards that explain the story behind the data.
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Investigate data to find solutions and uncover insights beyond the initial query.
Work with various data sources, including Google Analytics, to understand and report on marketing performance.
