About The Position

The Senior Marketing Coordinator contributes to the success of the office by supporting firm and project goals and maintaining graphic design excellence in collaboration with the corporate graphics team. The role leads the preparation and coordination of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other materials for prospective clients, and schedules and tracks production to meet deadlines. It participates in cross-disciplinary meetings to align ideas, production, and timelines. The coordinator drafts, edits, organizes, and proofreads marketing collateral—including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, media relations pieces, and interview content—to ensure materials are comprehensive, competitive, client-specific, and consistent with Perkins&Will brand standards. The position researches clients, market trends, and background information; guides interview-team processes; manages social media accounts, website content updates, and project and client data in firmwide databases; and coordinates events, public relations, advertising, trade-show materials, speaking-engagement content, direct-mail campaigns, and award submissions. The role also develops strategy for collateral content, supports firmwide initiatives, communicates clearly, and uses storytelling and creative approaches to complete work in an organized, timely, and consistent manner.
