About The Position

This Senior Manager position will help lead and shape the U.S. professional asset creation, media plans and professional engagement journey with a team in the US. This position will lead a team consisting of individuals for content creation and activation of professional engagement journeys. The team will be crafting digital products by balancing function with aesthetic appeal. This role reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Innovation within the U.S. Marketing department.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant business experience is required, including at least 5 years of progressive experience in media and/or marketing.
• Experience in media leadership across digital-first ecosystems (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, commerce media), with full-funnel accountability is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead measurement frameworks that connect media to business outcomes is required.
• Strong experience managing agencies and complex partner ecosystems is required.
• Deep analytics orientation: comfortable with attribution concepts, measurement design, and KPI frameworks; able to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling is required.

Nice To Haves

• MBA is preferred.
• Experience in Consumer Health & Wellness industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into feasible, user-centered features and maintain design.
• Establish a cohesive approach to asset creation that aligns creative, channel, and audience strategies within a clear operating rhythm.
• Own the strategy and execution of upscaling media plans, asset creation, and the professional engagement journey.
• Player-coach leader dedicated to building high-performing, agile teams and cultivating a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Shape internal platform to ensure strong engagement, navigation and utilization of content driving organizational strategy.
• Partner cross‑functionally (Brand, Digital, Content, Commercial, Analytics) to ensure strategies are integrated and complementary.
• Explore and evaluate new opportunities to extend impact while maintaining strong standards for brand safety, quality, and compliance.
• Own a measurement approach that connects content to meaningful business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of learning through testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
• Partner with analytics and technology teams to strengthen data foundations, governance, and decision‑making.
• Evolve capabilities, tools, and ways of working to improve speed, effectiveness, and accountability.
• Lead agency relationships and performance management, ensuring strategic partnership, collaboration, and high standards of delivery.
• Establish governance and oversight to support responsible, transparent, and scalable media operations.
