About The Position

This Marketing Operations Lead will support commercial execution and sales enablement activities that help optimize the surgical vision business. The position will assist with marketing operations, business planning support, reporting, asset deployment, copy approval processes, compliance coordination, and local and regional meeting execution. The Marketing Operations Lead will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Professional Education, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams to help align execution with business priorities and deliver operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant business experience is required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and support projects in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, marketing, sales support, operations, or other commercial roles is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, reporting tools, or other commercial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial business planning activities by helping maintain consistent planning processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing teams with segmentation, targeting, account planning, forecasting inputs, and business review preparation.
  • Coordinate required corporate assets and materials needed to support business planning and customer-facing discussions.
  • Help identify account opportunities and business insights by leveraging available analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional inputs.
  • Support opportunity and pipeline review processes by preparing reports, tracking updates, and documenting next actions.
  • Monitor progress against pipeline activities and help identify barriers, risks, and follow-up needs with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the execution of implementation plans, including tracking activities, owners, timelines, and key opportunity milestones.
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Professional Education, Demand Planning, SCG, and other teams to support timely execution of business priorities.
  • Support asset allocation and deployment activities to help align resources with customer opportunities, including new product introduction rollouts.
  • Support communication of key business priorities, commercial initiatives, and must-do activities across Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Assist with training coordination, user support, and adoption activities for CRM and other commercial enablement tools.
  • Help identify best practices, gather field feedback, and support change management activities related to commercial capabilities and digital tools.
  • Coordinate updates, reminders, and communication materials to reinforce strategic priorities and improve field engagement.
  • Support the development, review, and approval process for marketing, promotional, and educational materials.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, and other stakeholders to help ensure materials are reviewed in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Help confirm that materials align with approved product positioning, clinical evidence, company policies, and applicable procedures.
  • Track copy approval status, follow up on outstanding reviews, and maintain organized documentation to support process efficiency and compliance.
  • Support planning and execution of local and regional meetings in alignment with business priorities, internal policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with logistics, materials coordination, stakeholder communication, and post-meeting follow-up to help ensure successful execution of local and regional events.
