About The Position

Own TikTok Shop for a profitable consumer brand group with real traction, real products, and room to scale. Our client has built multiple consumer brands that already sell across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. One brand is already a top performer in its TikTok Shop category. The products have demand. The channel has proof. The company is profitable and founder-led. Now they need one internal owner to turn TikTok Shop and D2C into a sharper, more repeatable growth machine. You will not be handed a dead channel. You will walk into real traction, proven products, agency support, TikTok relationships, and a business that already knows this channel matters. The gap is ownership. Today, there is motion across creators, affiliates, paid media, promos, Shopify, launches, agencies, and reporting. Your job is to make it tighter, faster, and more profitable. You will own the work close to the CMO. You will help shape budgets, promo strategy, creator direction, agency priorities, launch planning, reporting, and the weekly growth agenda. No giant committee. No endless approvals. No hiding behind strategy decks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in D2C, e-commerce, or digital growth.
  • Direct TikTok Shop ownership.
  • Owned or scaled TikTok Shop GMV.
  • Strong Shopify operating experience.
  • Meta paid social experience.
  • Email/SMS lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Strong async writing and Slack communication.
  • Comfortable owning results without heavy process.

  • Beauty, wellness, personal care, or oral care experience.
  • Small consumer electronics experience.
  • Subscription program experience.
  • Klaviyo or similar lifecycle tool experience.
  • TikTok / ByteDance commerce experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own TikTok Shop GMV, ROAS, margin, and growth.
  • Run GMV Max, Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and Live Shopping.
  • Manage creator, affiliate, and UGC programs.
  • Set creator briefs, budgets, commissions, and test priorities.
  • Improve listings, bundles, coupons, promos, and merchandising.
  • Work directly with TikTok reps and platform partners.
  • Push for betas, incentives, and new growth levers.
  • Track account health, compliance, and moderation issues.
  • Own Shopify merchandising, PDPs, landing pages, and CRO.
  • Improve subscription acquisition, retention, and churn.
  • Manage Meta paid social strategy and creative testing.
  • Guide email/SMS flows, campaigns, launches, and retention.
  • Build clean reporting across TikTok Shop, Shopify, Meta, and retention.
  • Forecast revenue, spend, inventory signals, and launch needs.
  • Hold agencies accountable to outcomes, not activity.
