About The Position

Grail is one of the largest US & UK TikTok Shop partner agencies. Within our network, we manage a network of strong creators that we incubate and nurture to help them succeed on the platform. In addition, we work directly with merchants and secure partnerships with creators in order to maximize their earnings on TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop is rapidly transforming the future of e-commerce, and at Grail, we’re at the center of it. Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple creators, deals, and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Interest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economy
  • Must be a fluent English speaker
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Sign TikTok Shop creators to Grail and manage their brand deals
  • Own and grow revenue for TikTok Shop flat-fee partnerships across a roster of signed creators
  • Identify, pitch, and secure paid partnership opportunities for creators
  • Negotiate deal terms, rates, and deliverables with brands
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for your creators
  • Manage campaign execution from deal close through completion
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between creators and brands
  • Ensure creators deliver content on schedule and meet brand expectations
  • Provide guidance to creators on content performance and positioning to increase deal flow
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and TikTok Shop partners
  • Track partnership performance and report on revenue and campaign outcomes
  • Work cross functionally with the Social Commerce Team
