We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Brand Partnerships Manager with a strong command of TikTok to lead, expand, and drive revenue for our paid TikTok Shop partnerships. This position involves end-to-end ownership of flat fee and retainer brand deals, serving as the primary liaison between brands and creators. Responsibilities include managing creator communications throughout campaigns, coordinating schedules, collecting and organizing content drafts, relaying brand feedback and approvals, and ensuring seamless, on-time execution of partnerships. Additionally, you will contribute to sourcing and pitching partnership opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and playing a significant role in the growth of a key business area for the agency.
