Grail is a leading US & UK TikTok Shop partner agency that manages and nurtures creators to foster their success on the platform. We also collaborate with merchants and creators to optimize their earnings on TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop is revolutionizing e-commerce, and Grail is at the forefront of this exciting, rapidly expanding social commerce landscape. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about TikTok culture, influencer marketing, and forging impactful brand partnerships. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Brand Partnerships Manager with a strong command of TikTok to lead, expand, and drive revenue for our paid TikTok Shop partnerships. This position involves end-to-end ownership of flat fee and retainer brand deals, serving as the primary liaison between brands and creators. Responsibilities include managing creator communications throughout campaigns, coordinating schedules, collecting and organizing content drafts, relaying brand feedback and approvals, and ensuring seamless, on-time execution of partnerships. Additionally, you will contribute to sourcing and pitching partnership opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and playing a significant role in the growth of a key business area for the agency. This is a high-ownership role with substantial growth potential for individuals eager to build, innovate, and operate with agility in the creator economy.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Interest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economy
  • Must be a fluent English speaker

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all flat fee and retainer TikTok Shop partnerships from kickoff through completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators throughout paid partnership campaigns
  • Own revenue for TikTok Shop Paid partnerships
  • Coordinate communication between brands and creators to ensure smooth execution across all deliverables
  • Collect content drafts, manage revisions, gather brand feedback/approvals, and share updates with creators in a timely manner
  • Ensure campaigns stay on schedule and are executed according to brand timelines and expectations
  • Pitch partnership opportunities to brands and support deal negotiations with both creators and brands
  • Source leads and conduct outreach to top TikTok Shop creators and brands
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting on partnership success
  • Work cross functionally with the Social Commerce Team
