The Senior Manager, Talent & People Operations is a hands-on leader responsible for leading Talent Acquisition and overseeing key People programs that support employee engagement, development, and organizational success across SpyGlass Pharma. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution to help build a high-performing and engaging workplace. The successful candidate will own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent. In addition, this individual will lead initiatives across employee experience, development, manager support, and People Operations, building scalable programs and processes that enable business growth and strengthen company culture. This is a highly visible player-coach role for someone who enjoys building processes, influencing leaders, solving complex people challenges, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
