People + Talent Operations

About The Position

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you would be the operational engine of our People function. Arch is a lean and scaling company and this role exists because the hiring, onboarding, records, benefits and systems that come with growth need a dedicated owner. There is no single lane here. You might spend an hour coordinating interviews, move straight into a benefits question, chase down a missing signature, pull a report for leadership, and then figure out how to build something in a system that is completely new to you. Some weeks are steady. Some weeks a new role opens and there are thirty interviews to get on the calendar by Friday. If that sounds exhausting, this is probably not the job for you. If it sounds like a good time, keep reading.

Requirements

  • Some level of HR experience (recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, compliance, or general People Operations).
  • Ability to build on a foundation of HR knowledge, not starting from zero.
