In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior business and HR leaders to develop and execute proactive, data-informed talent strategies to attract and hire top professionals in these critical functions. You’ll lead a team of recruiters while playing a hands-on role in complex, senior-level searches, along with creating, leading and implementing sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
