The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full cycle recruiting efforts across CES Companies, with a primary focus on filling open requisitions while also strengthening and scaling a high performing talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for quickly finding suitable candidates for open requisitions, driving hiring strategy, owning hiring outcomes, filling critical and hard to fill roles, strengthening proactive pipelines, and representing the company at industry events. This individual will operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership while also executing at a high level to deliver results.
