About The Position

ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to serve as a hands-on leader and trusted thought partner. This role will execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies aligned with core business objectives, supporting the execution and implementation of U.S. talent acquisition strategies. The position oversees the full talent acquisition lifecycle across corporate functions, onshore service delivery centers, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), while supporting recruiting operations, process improvements, and hiring initiatives. The role partners closely with leadership by providing recruiting insights, market intelligence, and workforce data to support hiring decisions and operational priorities. The Senior Manager will lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on service delivery, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution excellence, while supporting Talent Acquisition projects and integration activities that contribute to organizational effectiveness and scalability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Human Resources, Business, or a related subject.
  • 10-12+ years of HR experience with a dedicated focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • 5-7+ years of experience successfully leading, coaching, and developing a recruitment team.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Direct experience working with or supporting offshore Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in talent acquisition practices, including the full recruitment cycle, employment marketing & branding, and selection effectiveness through assessments.
  • Strong Business Acumen with the ability to identify the big picture, understand how work impacts other areas of the business, and evaluate the cascading effects of budget adjustments.
  • Proven Project Management & Change Management capabilities, including the ability to hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and guide individuals smoothly through organizational transitions.
  • Executive Presence with a demonstrated ability to present data and talent insights effectively to individuals at the Executive level.
  • Ability to conduct market research, identify future labor trends, and discover innovative hiring practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and implementation of U.S. Talent Acquisition strategies aligned to ReSource Pro’s business objectives, workforce planning priorities, and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle across assigned functions and business areas to attract, assess, and hire talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team of 4-6 reports through effective leadership, mentorship, performance management, and ongoing development.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics, workforce data, dashboards, and labor market trends to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements and hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage U.S. Talent Acquisition projects using robust project management practices to track milestones, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Support Talent Acquisition due diligence, workforce integration planning, onboarding coordination, and recruiting transitions related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal business leaders globally and external vendors or consultants to provide strategic recruitment insights and recommendations.
  • Support the execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Talent stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and candidate experience across key talent markets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, policies, and Talent Acquisition processes while supporting consistent and ethical recruiting practices.
