ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to serve as a hands-on leader and trusted thought partner. This role will execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies aligned with core business objectives, supporting the execution and implementation of U.S. talent acquisition strategies. The position oversees the full talent acquisition lifecycle across corporate functions, onshore service delivery centers, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), while supporting recruiting operations, process improvements, and hiring initiatives. The role partners closely with leadership by providing recruiting insights, market intelligence, and workforce data to support hiring decisions and operational priorities. The Senior Manager will lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on service delivery, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution excellence, while supporting Talent Acquisition projects and integration activities that contribute to organizational effectiveness and scalability.
