About The Position

HoneyBook is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition to join its growing global team. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting for various high-tech positions, collaborating with hiring managers in both the US and Israel. The position is responsible for hiring top talent, strengthening the local employer brand, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, hands-on individual passionate about building exceptional teams in a dynamic environment. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the SF office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within hyper growth tech companies, at least one startup environment
  • Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with international teams.
  • Proven track record of hiring across diverse roles, including technical and member care positions.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies
  • A people-first mindset and a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Strong data mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and ever-changing environment
  • Strong adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruiting processes across a range of high-tech roles (technical and non-technical).
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership across the US and Israel to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent.
  • Act as a local ambassador for HoneyBook, helping to build and strengthen our employer brand in the Bay area.
  • Create and deliver an outstanding, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience that reflects HoneyBook’s values at every touchpoint.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on global recruiting initiatives, processes, and best practices.
