OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from building talent strategies to closing top candidates. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, proactively source diverse talent, and design recruiting strategies that scale with our growth. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll balance being a trusted advisor to hiring managers, a champion of the candidate experience, and a mentor to junior members of the recruiting team. The ideal candidate brings proven recruiting expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions at all levels.
