  • Experience conducting complex investigations involving theft, workplace violence, or supply chain security.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR, Legal, Operations, and Compliance.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to identify root causes and solve problems.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain security and loss prevention metrics, KPIs, and dashboards across facilities and regions.
  • Analyze incident data to identify trends, loss patterns, root causes, and emerging risks, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Create site-level security plans for new and existing facilities based on local risk profiles and operational needs.
  • Design and deliver physical security and loss prevention training, including emergency response, office security, travel security, and incident reporting.
  • Develop audit frameworks and loss prevention checklists for site leads to use regularly.
  • Manage physical security programs across global Flexport facilities, including offices, warehouses, and partner sites.
  • Lead security planning and infrastructure setup for new facilities and market entries, including site assessments, vendor selection, and system deployment.
  • Administer and maintain electronic security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control platforms, and evaluate new technology deployments.
  • Serve as crisis management coordinator by providing real-time threat assessments and coordinating emergency response across regions.
  • Coordinate with HSE, HR, Legal, and Compliance on security and safety matters.
  • Drive loss prevention strategy and investigations for the Omni fulfillment network, including cargo theft, employee theft, unauthorized sellers, workplace violence, and empty package findings.
  • Manage the security and loss prevention ticketing system, including triage, updates, resolution, and accurate documentation.

  • Review, collect, and preserve CCTV evidence for investigations and legal proceedings.
