About The Position

The Sr Supply Chain Manager is responsible for executing the end-to-end “Deliver” portion of “Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver”. This includes managing from monthly planning through production to ship confirmation to achieve target service levels and cost. This is a dynamic and highly cross-functional role, working closely with Operations, Procurement, IBP Team, Commercial, Finance, IT, EH&S, Product Stewardship and Data Management. This role is also responsible for driving data-driven continuous improvement in the execution of processes and performance of the supply chain, to achieve KPI targets and enable future growth.

Requirements

  • Leadership and oversight for global supply chain planning, process governance, analytics, and continuous improvement activities executed by the team
  • Alignment across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations functions
  • Business lead for supply chain transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement initiatives
  • IBP / S&OP Governance
  • Global S&OP / IBP governance process to align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives
  • Executive decision-making through scenario planning, business insights, risk management, and performance reporting
  • Global adoption of standardized planning processes, KPIs, and governance disciplines
  • Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Global supply chain performance management, including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, fulfillment, and operational efficiency metrics
  • Continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service, cost, working capital, and end-to-end process performance
  • Governance and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility, business alignment, and decision-making effectiveness
  • Data Governance & Digital Enablement
  • Global governance of supply chain master data, planning systems, and reporting standards to support operational consistency and business performance
  • Data quality, process automation, and digital enablement initiatives across the Forecast-to-Deliver workstream
  • Team Leadership & Organizational Capability
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of global supply chain professionals responsible for process governance, analytics, reporting, and operational support
  • Organizational priorities, performance expectations, and capability development plans
  • Culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Forecast-to-Deliver process strategy, governance, standardization, and operational excellence roadmap across regions and business units
  • Provide leadership and oversight for global supply chain planning, process governance, analytics, and continuous improvement activities executed by the team
  • Drive alignment across demand planning, supply planning, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations functions
  • Serve as the business lead for supply chain transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement initiatives
  • Lead the global S&OP / IBP governance process to align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives
  • Support executive decision-making through scenario planning, business insights, risk management, and performance reporting
  • Drive global adoption of standardized planning processes, KPIs, and governance disciplines
  • Oversee global supply chain performance management, including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, fulfillment, and operational efficiency metrics
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service, cost, working capital, and end-to-end process performance
  • Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility, business alignment, and decision-making effectiveness
  • Lead global governance of supply chain master data, planning systems, and reporting standards to support operational consistency and business performance
