About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Excellence & Strategy advances Capri's global supply chain strategy by developing and executing transformational initiatives, performance improvement programs, and strategic projects. The role partners with Supply Chain leadership to identify opportunities to optimize service, cost, efficiency, and scalability across the end-to-end supply chain network. This position combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational expertise to deliver measurable business results and influence stakeholders across functions and regions. It translates business priorities into actionable initiatives that support long-term growth and organizational success.

Requirements

6–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy, Business Transformation, Consulting, Program Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert business opportunities into actionable initiatives.
Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience using data and performance metrics to support operational excellence and business performance improvements.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and execution.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading supply chain transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with project portfolio governance, strategic prioritization, and value realization processes.
Knowledge of supply chain network design, logistics operations, inventory optimization, planning, and fulfillment strategies.
Experience with automation, digital transformation, advanced analytics, and supply chain technology platforms such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and planning systems.
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong financial acumen, including ROI analysis, investment evaluation, and business case development.
Experience fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Experience mentoring teams and championing best practices in strategy execution, operational excellence, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Chain leadership to develop and execute strategies that improve operational performance, customer experience, scalability, and business results.
Identify, prioritize, and lead strategic initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain, translating opportunities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Develop business cases, financial analyses, and executive recommendations to support investment decisions and enterprise priorities.
Lead cross-functional transformation efforts that improve service, cost, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Establish governance, performance management, and value realization processes to support successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and adoption of best practices.
Use analytics, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities, measure results, and inform strategic direction.
Build partnerships and influence stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Commercial teams to align priorities and deliver business objectives.
Develop KPIs that provide visibility into global supply chain performance and drive operational and sustainability improvements.
