About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing to lead portfolio marketing for Specialty Testing, focusing on Neurology, Autoimmune, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, and Rheumatology. The role develops marketing strategies and differentiated positioning, value propositions, thought leadership, and sales enablement for assigned and priority diagnostic portfolios, launches, and high-growth opportunities. It translates scientific and technical complexity into clear, evidence-based narratives and equips internal teams and Sales to communicate Labcorp’s clinical and scientific value. The role informs portfolio-level go-to-market strategies led by Customer Marketing, monitors scientific and market developments, customer insights, and competitive dynamics, and uses performance measures and feedback to refine strategy. It also leads thought leadership and scientific influence initiatives, engages clinicians and key opinion leaders, and supports webinars, conferences, and CEU/CME initiatives. The position incorporates AI into portfolio marketing workflows to support content development, insight synthesis, information sharing, consistency, and recurring processes. The role remains accountable for strategic decisions and final outputs, applying judgment to AI-generated work and maintaining human oversight. Candidates must reside in the Boston, Massachusetts; Madison, Wisconsin; San Diego, California; or Durham/Burlington, North Carolina areas, near a Labcorp hub. Applicants within 35 miles of the Burlington or Durham location follow a hybrid schedule with at least three in-office days per week at an assigned Burlington or Durham site. The application window is open through October 30, 2026. The pay range is $115,000–$130,000, and the position is eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.
