The Senior Manager, Social will play a pivotal role in shaping how Simple Mills shows up in culture, leading the day-to-day strategy and execution of our organic social presence across platforms. This individual will translate brand and business priorities into a clear, differentiated social approach, guiding content direction and partnering closely with agency teams to deliver consistent, high-quality output. As a key member of the Integrated Marketing team, this role operates as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to direction while owning execution, performance, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate is both creatively instinctive and analytically grounded, with a strong point of view on content, platforms, and what drives engagement. They are deeply attuned to cultural and consumer conversations, and able to translate trends in health, wellness, and sustainability into relevant, social-native storytelling. This role reports to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.
