The Senior Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a team of Sales Executives, developing territories and quotas, and accurately forecasting sales performance. A key aspect of this role is acting as a Subject Matter and ServiceNow Expert in C-level meetings to leverage the company's offerings and building strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and the ServiceNow executive team.
