About The Position

The Senior Manager, Risk Intelligence & Decision Support leads the analytics and decision-support elements of GSK’s Risk Automation & Intelligence portfolio, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), process instrumentation, and internal performance indicators central to GSK’s Risk Operations Centre. This is a delivery leadership role combining hands-on work with team and stakeholder management. It owns enterprise KRIs, defines performance indicators for the Risk and Compliance programme, develops the supporting data platform and pipelines, and creates analytics, models, dashboards, and reports. It also leads responsible use of approved AI tools in line with GSK’s Responsible AI, privacy, and security requirements.
