Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Cognite•Houston, TX

About The Position

Cognite is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to architect the systems and processes that connect its Revenue organization with Marketing, Value Delivery, Finance, Product, and other customer-facing functions. The role is responsible for ensuring that go-to-market processes work together coherently and that the customer journey can be measured from lead through cash and expansion. This is a high-visibility position working directly with leaders across commercial functions to shape how teams operate and deliver customer value. The position builds and governs the structure of Cognite’s go-to-market systems, data, processes, and reporting. It connects cross-functional handoffs, assesses the wider effects of proposed changes, gathers field feedback, and partners with GTM Systems to design solutions that fit the overall architecture. The role also governs shared data definitions and works with the VP on forecast, pipeline, and productivity analysis, reducing reporting cycle time and replacing manual reporting with reliable self-service alternatives. Success is measured by improved forecast accuracy, faster reporting cycles, stronger data integrity across the funnel and customer-facing functions, and cross-functional teams’ effective use of shared data and confidence in Revenue Operations.
