About The Position

The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing & Events leads the planning, coordination, and execution of traditional, non-digital marketing activities across United Energy Workers Healthcare’s regional markets. Although national in scope, the role works at regional and local levels with Regional Directors, Outreach Benefits Advisors, Operations, and local office teams to ensure events, sponsorships, local advertising, mailers, media placements, billboards, office signage, and other market-specific initiatives are executed effectively. The position emphasizes high-quality execution, cross-functional engagement, budget and timeline ownership, and market-informed recommendations. It does not own overall brand strategy. The role oversees event logistics and standards, local sponsorships and traditional advertising, market-specific mailers and collateral, local media coordination, budgets and documentation, and a coordinated calendar of regional initiatives. It monitors results and recommends adjustments, provides updates and reporting to stakeholders—including the VP of Marketing, CRO, and CEO—and travels to UEW markets as needed. The position initially has no direct reports, but provides senior-level leadership, coordination, and project oversight across regional teams, local event champions, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional partners. United Energy Workers Healthcare serves uranium and energy workers across the United States, helping them access care, support, and benefits. Its work is guided by PEAK: Performance, Engagement, Accountability, and Knowledge, and its mission is to elevate the lives of energy workers through compassionate, whole-person care. The job requires regular travel and event attendance, frequent computer and telephone use, and coordination of multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Occasional lifting, carrying, setup, or movement of event materials, displays, signage, and printed collateral may be required. The stated annual pay range is USD $110,000–$115,000. Benefits are offered to full-time employees.
