About The Position

Rugiet is building a Supplements & Peptides portfolio that expands its offerings beyond its core sexual health business. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Commercialization will help shape the portfolio and own how its products are brought to market, grown and optimized over time. Working directly with the GM, this commercial leader will connect customer needs, product knowledge and commercial performance to clear action. The role covers launching new supplements and continuing to grow and improve the customer experience for peptide offerings, which address distinct needs such as mental performance and physical recovery. This is an ongoing portfolio commercialization role, not a launch-only position. The person will own integrated commercialization plans and follow-through to build sustainable businesses. They will lead category strategy and positioning, commercial planning and growth, launch readiness and portfolio development, and collaboration across customer experience, Clinical and Compliance. They will use research and performance data to guide decisions, translate product evidence into accurate and approved customer education, and coordinate appropriate reviews while leaving medical eligibility and prescribing decisions to licensed providers. Success means clearly communicating portfolio performance and opportunities, directing teams toward measurable actions, launching products with clear post-launch ownership, continually improving existing products, and using customer insight and experimentation to improve conversion, repeat purchase, retention or contribution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ownership of an in-market DTC, consumer health, ecommerce or subscription category beyond launch, with measurable improvements in conversion, repeat purchase, retention or contribution.
  • Product marketing experience spanning customer research, segmentation, positioning, pricing, packaging and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience analyzing funnels, cohorts and unit economics and translating findings into practical commercial decisions.
  • Experience directing work through Growth, Lifecycle, Creative and Digital Product partners without relying on direct authority.
  • Hands-on operating style, including the ability to interview customers, inspect a funnel, write a brief, evaluate a test and drive the next decision.
  • Strong judgment about evidence, claims, product quality, and patient and customer trust.
  • Ability to balance urgency with the discipline to involve the right experts and secure the right approvals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with supplements, telehealth, prescription products or another regulated consumer health category.
  • Comfort working across both consumer products and clinically governed experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Become the commercial expert on the Supplements & Peptides portfolio, including customer needs, purchase motivations, competitive alternatives, product experience and economics.
  • Use customer interviews, research, reviews, support feedback and behavioral data to identify important audiences and opportunities.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging and education that help customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Build commercialization plans with the GM covering target audiences, pricing, channels, acquisition, cross-sell, retention and investment priorities.
  • Distinguish the customer needs and journeys for supplements from those for prescription peptide products.
  • Own the portfolio’s weekly commercial readout, explaining what changed, why it matters and what the team should do next.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities across discovery, education, intake where applicable, purchase, onboarding, fulfillment, ongoing use, refill and win-back.
  • Create briefs for Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, Digital Product, CX and Operations that state the hypothesis, deliverable, owner, timing and success metric.
  • Develop and test ways to introduce relevant products to existing Rugiet customers through approved lifecycle, checkout and other touchpoints.
  • Evaluate cross-sell based on customer suitability, incremental contribution and the broader customer experience.
  • Assess results, recommend whether to scale, iterate or stop, and drive follow-through within agreed authority.
  • Own commercial readiness for new products, including proposition, offer, pricing, content, channels, customer experience, tracking and forecast.
  • Partner with the GM, Clinical, Legal/Compliance and Operations to align launch plans with product readiness, sourcing, quality, fulfillment and required approvals.
  • Set post-launch baselines, targets, owners and 30-, 60- and 90-day reviews.
  • Improve existing products after launch through customer education, offers, merchandising, retention and support.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations on new products, formats, bundles, pricing changes, product improvements and portfolio priorities.
  • Partner with Clinical and Compliance to translate product evidence into accurate, understandable and approved claims and educational content.
  • Ensure marketing and customer communications distinguish appropriately between supplements and prescription products.
  • Work with Lifecycle, CX and Clinical partners to address questions and friction related to product expectations, onboarding, use, support and refill.
  • Coordinate appropriate reviews without substituting commercial judgment for clinical, legal or regulatory decisions; licensed providers retain responsibility for medical eligibility and prescribing.
