About The Position

The Atmospheric Solutions Product Management Organization defines and executes product strategy for Brooks’ targeted market growth vectors. The role is responsible for profitable market-share growth by delivering products and roadmaps that provide customer value. Product strategy includes alignment with Brooks’ strategy, market sizing, customer segmentation, identifying and prioritizing high-value problems, product roadmaps, and product life-cycle planning, including cost reduction, excess and obsolete (E&O), and end of life (EOL). As Product Manager for the Marathon LEAP SX Sorter, the role is responsible for a next-generation sorter designed for wafers, panels, and tape frames. The product is part of the Marathon LEAP AX EFEM platform and has evaluation and firm-order footprints at multiple Tier 1 customer fabs in Front End and Advanced Packaging applications. The successful candidate will grow these customer footprints and use lessons learned to replicate value-selling success with new customers. The position works across a matrixed organization involving sales, applications engineering, engineering, and manufacturing. It develops business plans, marketing strategy, pricing, and product positioning to sustain differentiation from competitors. Customer travel and face-to-face meetings are required. Product Managers need working knowledge of the product’s technical aspects and a solid financial understanding of its cost contributors to optimize customer improvement projects, value-engineering savings, and overall cost reductions. The Product Manager owns the product line’s revenue forecast and maintains and communicates booking, billing, and backlog information. The position reports to the Product Line Senior Director, Atmospheric Solutions. Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work, depending on role requirements and business needs; specific expectations will be shared during the interview process. The advertised base salary range is $155,415.70 to $210,268.30 USD, and the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
