Weâre hiring a Senior Manager of People and Culture to join our small, high-performing People and Culture (P&C) team. Reporting to the VP, P&C, you will play a key part in aligning Mapleâs people strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our P&C initiatives not only support but also drive business success at scale. As a strategic HR partner, you will work closely with business unit leaders to embed people practices into our overall business strategy. This role is for a "builder-doer" who enjoys both the strategic partnership with leaders and the hands-on execution of the programs that define the employee experience. You will also manage and mentor members of the wider P&C team, fostering their professional growth while improving our operational foundations.
