About The Position

The Senior Manager, Order Entry will be a strategic and detail-driven leader overseeing the order coordinator team in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customer orders, ensures alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs), and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, provisioning, billing, and network operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The Senior Manager will lead all order entry operations across three billing systems for the combined Segra organization (East and West), while also driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 or more years in a leadership role within Order Management or Billing.
  • A minimum of 8 years of Billing or other relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Order Management experience.
  • Ability to investigate issues, determine factors and engage appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Work, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Position requires interfacing with team members and leaders from different organizations in the company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Business Professional Communication Skills including excellent written and oral communication.
  • Exceptionally detail- oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage change.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good listening skills to understand the root of a presented issue – good problem-solving skills.
