About The Position

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing strategic projects/programs from inception through completion. This position secures required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes and is responsible for project success and profitability within the region. Critical for success is the ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and to maintain organization while providing direction and leadership. This role will support data center and mission critical projects while focusing on medium voltage (MV) duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.

Requirements

10+ years of related experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working on medium voltage (MV) duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data center
Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the US
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels review team

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
