About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or marketing science at a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer business.
  • Hands-on experience designing and interpreting incrementality tests, including geo-holdouts, lift studies, and matched markets, and applying causal inference methods.
  • Working knowledge of multi-touch attribution, such as Northbeam or equivalent, and media mix modeling, including reconciling results when they disagree.
  • Strong command of DTC unit economics, including CAC, marginal CAC, LTV, cohort payback, and contribution margin.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience using Python or R for statistical modeling.
  • Experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, and Klaviyo data.
  • Proven ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own Lola's marketing measurement framework, integrating multi-touch attribution, incrementality tests, and media mix modeling into a triangulated view of channel impact.
  • Define shared measures of success by channel and across the business, including new customers, CAC, marginal CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin.
  • Calibrate attribution against incrementality and MMM results and establish trusted channel targets and guardrails.
  • Manage relationships with MMM and MTA vendors, including model inputs, validation, refresh cadence, and translating results into budget recommendations.
  • Build and operate an incrementality testing program across paid channels, lifecycle, and offline media, including geo-holdouts, conversion-lift tests, on/off tests, and matched markets.
  • Set experiment design standards for power, sample size, duration, and read-out templates, and maintain a shared test log.
  • Support Ecommerce and Lifecycle teams with A/B test design and analysis for site, offer, and customer-journey tests.
  • Measure the impact of brand and upper-funnel investments, including CTV, OOH, and retail store openings, on branded search, site traffic, and new customer acquisition.
  • Build marginal-return curves by channel and recommend allocation of incremental budget to drive incremental margin.
  • Partner with Finance and BizOps on new-customer and revenue forecasting, scenario planning, and annual and quarterly marketing budgets.
  • Model promotional and seasonal economics before and after key moments, such as Christmas in August and BFCM.
  • Partner with Lifecycle and BizOps on cohort analysis, repeat purchase, and LTV by channel, offer, and first product; feed findings into acquisition targets.
  • Own the weekly growth scorecard and performance reporting for the VP, Growth, and leadership team, explaining what changed and why.
  • Partner with BizOps and Data Engineering on data quality, pipelines, and definitions across Shopify, ad platforms, Northbeam, Klaviyo, and the data warehouse.
  • Set tracking, UTM, and conversion-event standards with channel owners.
  • Explore AI and automation to accelerate analysis, anomaly detection, and reporting.
  • Partner analytically with Paid Media, Lifecycle, Ecommerce, Brand, Finance, and BizOps, aligning teams on shared metrics and decision rules.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership, including tradeoffs and confidence levels.
  • Manage measurement vendors and partners, including attribution, MMM, and testing-tool providers, scope, and contracts.
  • Potentially build and lead a small analytics team as the function scales.
