About The Position

StemWave is hiring a Senior Manager, IT & Business Systems to build and own the company’s IT and business systems as it scales. The listed base salary is $150,000–$170,000, based on experience.

  • Experience managing contractors, agencies, or external developers.
  • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical teams.
  • Comfort covering technical work hands-on as needed, including office IT tasks and integrations.
