The Senior Manager, HR Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing U.S. HR Operations to ensure a compliant, efficient, and employee-focused experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role serves as the operational owner of HR systems, payroll administration, benefits administration, compliance, employee records, performance management processes, and HR service delivery. The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to build scalable HR infrastructure that supports organizational growth while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
