RBC`s HR & CLAO IT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions for our HR and CLAO business partners. Our project practitioners follow best-in class Project Management practices in strategic planning, risk management, vendor relations, stakeholder relationships at all levels and rigor in project health reporting. Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration. This role reports to the Director, PMO and will lead a team of Initiative Leads (Junior Project Managers, Project Control Officers and Scrum Masters), in addition to driving HR & CLAO Initiatives as a senior project manager. This role will also support the BSAs in the broader HR & CLAO Tech team by establishing tools / frameworks that drive consistency and reusability in the requirements management practice, as well standing up a Community of Practice to foster collaboration and sharing of best practices. This leader will partner with the Director of the PMO to elevate the overall delivery practice of the PMO, driving to ‘best in class’ delivery and partnership with business partners.
