Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration. This Senior Project Manager role will drive the delivery of HR programs/projects and System Change Requests / enhancements for Incentive Compensation / Payroll, as well as supporting BMCC and Procurement AppDev initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in the end-to end delivery of technical solutions, navigation of stakeholder relationships at all levels and rigor in project health reporting across this portfolio of work. This leader will partner with the Director of the PMO and peer group to evolve a best-in-class community of practice to elevate delivery excellence for the HR & BMCC / Procurement IT organization.
