Lead PMO

DOSSSan Francisco, CA

About The Position

DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for the real world, delivering a modern, AI-native platform that helps physical product businesses manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data across procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance in real time. The PMO team is the core engine of DOSS and the success of our customers, operating at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation, and customer partnership. The team is responsible for the entire post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle, including discovery, product design, build/configure on DOSS/ERP platform, UAT, and go-live. The Lead PMO will support the push to upper mid-market and enterprise clients, supporting the end-to-end ERP lifecycle for larger clients, building new product capabilities within the DOSS ERP platform, and contributing to best practices and process improvements across the team. While previous ERP or industry experience is a plus, it is not a prerequisite. The company values an ownership/accountability mindset, customer obsession, an appetite for operational and technical details, business acumen, and a passion for learning quickly. DOSS operates with an aggressive coaching and performance management approach, with bi-annual reviews (DIPS) for promotion and compensation increases, aiming to accelerate careers significantly.
