About The Position

The Senior Manager, GTM Strategy, Planning & Execution leads the strategy and integrated execution of ADT’s key go-to-market moments, including new product launches, feature introductions, and other growth initiatives. The role connects Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Technology, Operations, and other teams around a clear strategy, integrated plan, and measurable outcomes. It requires moving between strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives from concept through in-market performance. The leader develops repeatable planning, governance, measurement, and post-launch practices to improve the speed and effectiveness of future launches. The position establishes launch-readiness criteria and success measures, tracks performance against business goals, resolves cross-functional dependencies, enables timely executive decisions, and turns learnings into scalable playbooks. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office, and requires occasional travel of less than 25%.
